1. Chấp nhận điều khoản / Acceptance of Terms

Tiếng Việt: Bằng việc truy cập hoặc sử dụng MKT tại https://mlhub.vn, bạn đồng ý với các Điều khoản Sử dụng (Terms of Use) này và Chính sách Quyền riêng tư của MKT.

2. Mô tả dịch vụ / Service Description

Tiếng Việt: MKT là nền tảng SaaS Marketing Automation O2O được vận hành trong hệ sinh thái FizaHUB/FizaMKT. Dịch vụ có thể bao gồm:

English: MKT is a SaaS Marketing Automation O2O platform operated as part of the FizaHUB/FizaMKT ecosystem. The service may include:

• Business profile and location management / quản lý hồ sơ kinh doanh và địa điểm.
• Landing pages, QR codes, and lead forms / landing page, mã QR và biểu mẫu thu Lead.
• Review management / quản lý đánh giá.
• Coupon, voucher, and loyalty features / coupon, voucher và loyalty.
• Dashboard and reporting / dashboard và báo cáo.
• AI-assisted content or reply suggestions, where available / gợi ý nội dung hoặc phản hồi bằng AI (nếu có).
• Support, ticket, and operations workflows / hỗ trợ, ticket và quy trình vận hành.

3. Trách nhiệm người dùng / User Responsibilities

Tiếng Việt: Người dùng chịu trách nhiệm:

English: Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information / cung cấp thông tin chính xác.
• Having lawful rights over the business, locations, and customer data they upload / có quyền hợp pháp đối với doanh nghiệp, địa điểm và dữ liệu khách hàng đưa lên hệ thống.
• Obtaining required consent from end customers when collecting leads, phone numbers, or emails / xin sự đồng ý cần thiết của khách hàng cuối khi thu lead, số điện thoại hoặc email.
• Not engaging in spam, fraud, illegal activity, copyright infringement, or abusive automation / không spam, lừa đảo, vi phạm pháp luật, vi phạm bản quyền hoặc lạm dụng automation.
• Keeping account credentials secure / bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập tài khoản.

4. Dịch vụ Google và bên thứ ba / Google and Third-Party Services

English: MKT may integrate with Google Business Profile API and Google Maps Platform. When connecting Google services, users must comply with Google’s applicable terms and policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Maps Platform Terms. Google may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue APIs. MKT is not responsible for service interruptions caused by Google or other third-party providers. By connecting Google services, the user authorizes MKT to perform actions within the permissions granted by the user.

Tiếng Việt: MKT có thể tích hợp với Google Business Profile API và Google Maps Platform. Khi kết nối dịch vụ Google, người dùng phải tuân thủ các điều khoản và chính sách áp dụng của Google. Google có thể thay đổi, tạm ngưng, hạn chế hoặc ngừng cung cấp API. MKT không chịu trách nhiệm về gián đoạn dịch vụ do Google hoặc nhà cung cấp bên thứ ba gây ra. Khi kết nối, người dùng ủy quyền cho MKT thực hiện các thao tác trong phạm vi quyền đã cấp.

5. Quyền sở hữu dữ liệu / Data Ownership

Tiếng Việt: Dữ liệu doanh nghiệp, khách hàng và chiến dịch thuộc về doanh nghiệp/người dùng. MKT được phép xử lý dữ liệu để cung cấp, duy trì, bảo mật và cải thiện dịch vụ. Mã nguồn nền tảng, giao diện, tài liệu, mẫu, quy trình và các thành phần hệ thống/MKT AI thuộc về MKT hoặc được cấp phép hợp pháp.

English: Business, customer, and campaign data belong to the business/user. MKT may process data to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service. Platform code, UI, documentation, templates, workflows, and MKT AI/system components belong to MKT or are lawfully licensed.

6. Sử dụng hợp lệ / Acceptable Use

Tiếng Việt: Nghiêm cấm sử dụng MKT cho các hành vi sau:

English: The following are prohibited when using MKT:

• Spam.
• Phishing.
• Malware distribution.
• Fake reviews.
• Abusive automation.
• Illegal content.
• Unauthorized scraping.
• Attempts to bypass security controls.
• Misrepresentation of business identity.

7. Hỗ trợ vận hành / Support and Operations

Tiếng Việt: Đội hỗ trợ FizaMKT hoặc người vận hành được ủy quyền có thể hỗ trợ người dùng qua quy trình ticket/hỗ trợ. Nhân sự hỗ trợ chỉ được truy cập dữ liệu tài khoản/doanh nghiệp/chiến dịch khi cần thiết để hỗ trợ, xử lý sự cố, cấu hình hoặc cung cấp dịch vụ.

English: The FizaMKT support team or authorized operators may assist users through ticket/support workflows. Human operators may access necessary account, business, or campaign data only for support, troubleshooting, configuration, or service delivery.

8. Tính sẵn sàng / Service Availability

Tiếng Việt: Dịch vụ được cung cấp theo trạng thái hiện có (as-is / as-available). MKT không bảo đảm dịch vụ luôn liên tục hoặc không có lỗi. Bảo trì hệ thống và giới hạn API của bên thứ ba có thể ảnh hưởng đến một số tính năng.

English: The service is provided as-is and as-available. MKT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and third-party API limits may affect features.

9. Chấm dứt / Termination

Tiếng Việt: MKT có thể tạm khóa hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm Điều khoản Sử dụng. Người dùng có thể ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu theo quy trình hỗ trợ.

English: MKT may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use. Users may stop using the service or request deletion through the support process.

10. Luật áp dụng / Governing Law

Tiếng Việt: Các Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp ưu tiên giải quyết bằng thương lượng; nếu không đạt được thỏa thuận, tranh chấp sẽ được xử lý tại cơ quan có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.

English: These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, they may be handled by the competent authorities in Vietnam.
