1. Giới thiệu / Introduction

Tiếng Việt: MLHUB là nền tảng SaaS Marketing Automation O2O dành cho hộ kinh doanh, doanh nghiệp địa phương và đội ngũ vận hành marketing. MLHUB hỗ trợ quản lý hồ sơ kinh doanh, địa điểm/cơ sở, Landing Page, QR Code / QR Check-in, thu Lead, quản lý khách hàng, quản lý đánh giá, coupon/voucher/loyalty, dashboard/báo cáo và hỗ trợ vận hành marketing. MLHUB được vận hành trong hệ sinh thái FizaHUB/FizaMKT. Chính sách này áp dụng cho website https://mlhub.vn và các dịch vụ liên quan của MLHUB.

English: MLHUB is a SaaS Marketing Automation O2O platform for local businesses, SMEs, and marketing operations teams. MLHUB supports business profile management, locations, Landing Pages, QR Code / QR Check-in, lead capture, customer management, review management, coupon/voucher/loyalty, dashboards/reporting, and marketing operations support. MLHUB is operated as part of the FizaHUB/FizaMKT ecosystem. This Privacy Policy applies to the website https://mlhub.vn and related MLHUB services.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập / Data We Collect

English: Depending on how you use MLHUB, we may collect the following categories of data:

• Account data / Dữ liệu tài khoản: name, email, phone, login and account information / tên, email, số điện thoại, thông tin đăng nhập và tài khoản.
• Business profile data / Dữ liệu hồ sơ kinh doanh: business name, address, phone, industry, opening hours, Google Maps URL, location data / tên doanh nghiệp, địa chỉ, số điện thoại, ngành nghề, giờ mở cửa, URL Google Maps, dữ liệu địa điểm.
• Campaign data / Dữ liệu chiến dịch: landing pages, forms, QR campaigns, coupons, loyalty, reviews, replies, performance metrics / landing page, biểu mẫu, chiến dịch QR, coupon, loyalty, đánh giá, phản hồi, chỉ số hiệu suất.
• End-user / customer data / Dữ liệu khách hàng cuối: name, phone, email, form responses, check-ins, coupon redemption, feedback/reviews when provided by customers / tên, số điện thoại, email, câu trả lời biểu mẫu, check-in, đổi coupon, phản hồi/đánh giá khi khách hàng cung cấp.
• Technical data / Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: IP address, browser, device, logs, timestamps, security logs / địa chỉ IP, trình duyệt, thiết bị, nhật ký, dấu thời gian, nhật ký bảo mật.

3. Dữ liệu từ Google APIs / Google API Services User Data

Tiếng Việt: Khi bạn kết nối dịch vụ Google với MLHUB, chúng tôi có thể truy cập một số dữ liệu thông qua Google APIs theo phạm vi quyền bạn đã cấp. Việc sử dụng dữ liệu này tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm yêu cầu Limited Use.

English: When you connect Google services to MLHUB, we may access certain data through Google APIs within the scopes you grant. Our use of that data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

MLHUB may integrate with Google Business Profile API and Google Maps Platform. Related Google terms include the Google Maps Platform Terms.

MLHUB may access, where permitted by your authorization and applicable API scopes:

• Google account basic profile if OAuth is used: name and email.
• Google Business Profile locations.
• Business information: name, address, phone, category, opening hours, website URL.
• Reviews and review replies.
• Location performance metrics if available through permitted API scopes.
• Google Maps location/place data needed to display business location and maps.

4. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu Google / Purpose of Google Data Use

English: Google user data accessed through Google APIs is used only to:

• Sync and display business location information inside MLHUB.
• Help business owners manage Google Business Profile information.
• Read and assist with review monitoring and reply drafting.
• Display maps/location information on campaign pages.
• Generate internal dashboards and operational reports visible to the business owner.
• Improve user-facing MLHUB features directly related to business profile, location, review, and marketing operations.

Tiếng Việt: Dữ liệu Google chỉ được dùng để đồng bộ và hiển thị thông tin địa điểm trong MLHUB; hỗ trợ quản lý thông tin Google Business Profile; theo dõi đánh giá và hỗ trợ soạn phản hồi; hiển thị bản đồ/vị trí trên trang chiến dịch; tạo dashboard và báo cáo nội bộ cho chủ doanh nghiệp; và cải thiện các tính năng liên quan trực tiếp đến hồ sơ kinh doanh, địa điểm, đánh giá và vận hành marketing.

5. Cam kết Limited Use / Limited Use Compliance

English: MLHUB’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• MLHUB does not sell Google user data.
• MLHUB does not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
• MLHUB does not use Google user data for serving ads, retargeting, personalized advertising, credit-worthiness, lending, or unrelated profiling.
• Human access is limited to authorized support/operations personnel only when necessary to provide support, troubleshoot issues, ensure security, or comply with law.

6. Chia sẻ dữ liệu / Data Sharing

Tiếng Việt: Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu. Chúng tôi không chia sẻ dữ liệu Google cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích quảng cáo độc lập. Chúng tôi có thể chia sẻ dữ liệu với nhà cung cấp hạ tầng/kỹ thuật chỉ trong phạm vi vận hành dịch vụ, bảo mật, hỗ trợ và tuân thủ pháp luật. Dữ liệu từng doanh nghiệp được tách biệt theo tài khoản/workspace.

English: We do not sell data. We do not share Google user data with third parties for independent advertising purposes. We may share data with infrastructure/technical providers only as needed to operate the service, maintain security, provide support, and comply with law. Each business’s data is separated by account/workspace.

7. Lưu trữ và bảo mật / Data Storage and Security

Tiếng Việt: MLHUB áp dụng các biện pháp bảo vệ hợp lý về mặt hành chính, kỹ thuật và tổ chức, bao gồm:

English: MLHUB applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

• HTTPS/SSL encryption in transit.
• Access control based on authenticated accounts and permissions.
• Database storage for application data.
• Logs for security and operations.
• Secure storage of tokens/API credentials, used only to provide the announced features.

8. Quyền kiểm soát của người dùng / User Control

Tiếng Việt: Người dùng có thể truy cập, cập nhật, xuất hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu tài khoản/doanh nghiệp/khách hàng của mình; ngắt kết nối tích hợp Google; và thu hồi quyền truy cập Google trong phần cài đặt Tài khoản Google. Yêu cầu xóa có thể gửi tới admin@mlhub.vn. MLHUB sẽ xử lý yêu cầu xóa theo nhu cầu lưu trữ pháp lý, bảo mật và sao lưu.

English: Users can access, update, export, or request deletion of their account/business/customer data; disconnect Google integration; and revoke Google access from their Google Account settings. Deletion requests may be sent to admin@mlhub.vn. MLHUB will process deletion requests subject to legal, security, and backup retention needs.

9. Thời gian lưu trữ / Data Retention

Tiếng Việt: Dữ liệu được giữ trong thời gian tài khoản còn sử dụng dịch vụ hoặc trong thời gian cần thiết để vận hành, hỗ trợ và bảo mật. Khi chấm dứt dịch vụ hoặc có yêu cầu xóa, dữ liệu sẽ được xóa hoặc ẩn danh theo quy trình phù hợp, trừ dữ liệu cần lưu để tuân thủ pháp luật, chống gian lận hoặc backup ngắn hạn.

English: Data is retained while the account remains active or as needed to operate, support, and secure the service. Upon termination or deletion requests, data will be deleted or anonymized under applicable processes, except where retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or short-term backups.

10. Cookies / Tracking

Tiếng Việt: MLHUB có thể dùng cookies, theo dõi QR và nhật ký phân tích để đo lường chiến dịch O2O, bảo mật, duy trì phiên đăng nhập và cải thiện trải nghiệm người dùng. MLHUB không dùng dữ liệu Google cho retargeting hoặc quảng cáo cá nhân hóa.

English: MLHUB may use cookies, QR tracking, and analytics logs to measure O2O campaigns, maintain security and sessions, and improve user experience. MLHUB does not use Google user data for retargeting or personalized advertising.
